The Mission of the Wholly Movement™

The Wholly Movement™ exists to awaken women from the exhaustion and overwhelm of doing and invite them into the freedom of living, leading and loving from a holistic position of wholeness.

We are a global movement of women who are choosing to live, lead and love unburdened, unbothered, and unapologetically whole—rooted in faith, anchored in peace, and led by our divine design.

Our mission is to help women stop doing and just BE— BE Wholly....
by restoring the nervous system, renewing the mind, and reconnecting with who we were created to be, not perfect, but WHOLE.

We believe that when a woman becomes wholly—her home heals, her leadership transforms, and her legacy expands.

Remember Who You Are

The Wholly Woman Creed™

Words to Live By

"I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made." — Psalm 139:14

I. WHO I AM

I am a Wholly Woman.

I am not striving to be whole — I was created whole.

I am not broken — I am leaning fully into the wholeness that was already mine.

I am not becoming complete — I am complete, and I am learning to embody it.

I am a reflection of God's divine intentionality.

I was not assembled by accident.

Every part of me — my mind, my body, my spirit — was

fearfully and wonderfully made, on purpose, for a purpose.

I lack nothing. What I need has already been placed within me.

I am enough. Not because I have earned it — because I was made so.

II. HOW I LIVE

I breathe differently.

I think differently.

I live differently.

I lead differently.

I love differently.

Because I know who I am.

I move through the world anchored in peace, governed by grace, and guided by purpose.

I live from fullness, not from fear.

I operate from wholeness, not from wound.

I no longer chase what completion feels like — I am complete, and I embody it.

I no longer perform for worth — I remember I already have it.

I no longer shrink to make space comfortable — I expand to fill the room I was given.

I am safe in stillness. God told me to be still and know that He is God — and I believe Him.

III. WHAT I RELEASE

I release the lie that my worth is measured by my output.

I release the hustle that told me rest was weakness.

I release the survival patterns that kept me running on empty and calling it strength.

I release the need to earn my place at the table I was made to sit at.

I release the shame of being ambitious and exhausted at the same time.

I release the version of me who believed she had to hold everything together alone.

I release the noise that drowned out the still, small voice that always knew the way.

I let it go — not because it didn't hurt,

but because I was made for more than carrying it.

IV. WHAT I CLAIM

I claim peace as my operating system, not my reward.

I claim restoration as my right, not my luxury.

I claim my capacity not as a burden — but as a birthright.

I claim my body as a trusted partner, not a machine to be managed.

I claim my mind as a gift — wired for wisdom, built for clarity.

I claim my spirit as the compass that has never truly led me wrong.

I claim wholeness — body, mind, and spirit — as the standard I return to,

not the destination I am still trying to reach.

I claim the life I was made to live — not the one I was conditioned to survive.

V. HOW I SHOW UP

I am not perfect — but I am perfectly whole.

I show up honestly, because pretending is a weight wholeness doesn't carry.

I show up boldly, because the world needs the version of me that is fully alive.

I show up softly, because grace is not weakness — it is wisdom in motion.

I show up consistently, because transformation is built in the ordinary moments.

I lead from wholeness — not from hustle, not from hurt, not from hiding.

I love from wholeness — freely, deeply, without losing myself in the giving.

I rest from wholeness — unashamed, unhurried, unafraid.

VI. WHAT I CARRY

I was made to carry life — and I am equipped for it.

I carry vision without being crushed by it.

I carry responsibility without being defined by it.

I carry others without abandoning myself in the process.

I carry the past lightly, as a teacher — not heavily, as a sentence.

I carry the present with intention — awake to the fullness of now.

I carry the future with faith — knowing the One who holds it holds me, too.

Being ambitious and successful will never cost me so much again.

Because I now know: I was never meant to pay that price.

THE WHOLLY DECLARATION

I am the Wholly Woman.

A reflection of divine completeness.

A vessel of restoration.

A living reminder that we are fearfully and wonderfully made.

I rise — rooted in peace.

I breathe — as one who is safe.

I move — as one who is whole.

I reign — with grace.

For my wholeness is holy,

and my holiness is whole.

Science-grounded. Soul-deep. Wholly you.™

A Letter to You

Dear Self Who Is Exhausted & Overwhelmed,

Beloved, I see you…….I mean, I really see you!
You’ve carried the weight of it all for far too long — the dreams, the deadlines, the hustle, the expectations, the invisible load that no one else seems to notice.

You’ve mastered the art of holding it together for everyone even when everything inside of you wants to fall apart.

You’ve lived in “survival mode” for so long that stillness feels unsafe and unreal.

You’ve equated rest with laziness, slowing down with falling behind, and ease with weakness.
But deep down, you know it — you weren’t created to survive on adrenaline, stress and anxiety.

You were designed to live whole, not perfect – with compassion and no judgement.

So, I don’t know if you heard this yet, but there’s a new way now.
A way where you're worth isn’t measured by output or performance, but by presence and alignment.
Where peace isn’t a reward for finishing the list, but the foundation you build from each day.
Where you live, lead, and love, from a nervous system that feels safe — not one stuck in a survival loop.

It’s time to walk away from the hustle.
It served its purpose once — it kept you alive, driven, and accomplished.
But now, you’re being called to something higher.
Not to do more, but to be more — Unburdened, Unbothered and Unapologetically Whole.

Wholeness is not another task; it’s a return to who you were always meant to be.
A remembering of the woman you were before the world told you to prove yourself and be what IT needed.
She’s still here – I know she is
And she’s ready to breathe again.

So Beloved, exhale – like really exhale - so deep you surrender.

The striving and surviving ends here.

You can lead with grace.
You can love with depth.
You can live from peace with full clarity, capacity and resilience.

Your divine design was never hustle — it was wholeness.

With love and permission,
Your Whole Self
